WARNING!!! The next time you go to your market and start looking closer at the ingredients you will be amazed how many products contain High Fructose Corn Syrup. You may find yourself shopping in the healthy section of your market or never going past the fruits and vegetables.
You don’t have to become a VEGAN, you don’t have to reduce your calories, you don’t have to watch your Carbs. You just have to stop eating anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup in it.
