  1. Corn syrup is a real problem. And it is amazing how it is in so many products — including some canned kidney beans, for instance. We will try to take the challenge soon, Anthony! Press on! K

    • Kerry, thank you for your support. A little known note on canned goods. When you are taking the corn syrup challenge you will find that it will be hard to find corn syrup free canned items the reason they put corn syrup is for shelf life so that it doesn’t spoil because fresh fruits and vegetables tend to do that. Also there is one product in canned goods that I know of that probably doesn’t have corn syrup and that is Sliced pineapple rings from the Dole foods brand they are sweet juicy and don’t have corn syrup. Be sure to double check because you never know when they will add corn syrup to a product so please check to be updated on that. Again thank you for your support

      Sincerely
Anthony Douglas the son who hates corn syrup

  2. Keegan, good idea because the ingredients actually tell you what you are eating and tell you what the calories consist of. Thank you for your own moral support.
